Election of staff delegates to MINMIDT.

In accordance with a decision of the Minister of Labor and Social Security dated 2 January, the elections of the staff delegates were held on 1 March 2018 in the central departments of MINMIDT.

In Cameroon, the organization of the elections of the staff delegates is registered in the law n ° 92/007 of August 14, 1992. This provision relating to the Labor Code, fixes the modalities of the elections and the functions of the delegates of the personnel. These elections concern all public or private institutions, religious or secular, civil or military. However, they must have at least 20 workers covered by the Labor Code.
