MINMIDT receives the High Commissioner of the Republic of Namibia.

The Minister of Mines, Industry and Technological Development ERNEST GBWABOUBOU received in audience Tuesday, February 20, 2018, H.E SHIPOH PEINGEON DJABI Titus, High Commissioner-designate of the Republic of Namibia in Cameroon with residence in Abuja, Nigeria.

The objective of this hearing was to make contact between the Namibian Diplomat and MINMIDT with a view to setting up bilateral collaboration platforms in the mining, industry and technological development sectors. These platforms could lead Cameroonian officials to visit Namibia to discover activities in the sector and vice versa.

Minister Ernest GBWABOUBOU stressed the availability of his ministerial department to cooperate with this brother country. He promised to work with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the activities to be carried out within the framework of mixed platforms.
